HVAC Lead Install Technician

Parker & Sons seeks an experienced HVAC Lead Install Technician to join our Technical & Maintenance team in Phoenix. You'll handle equipment and ductwork installation, start-ups, and customer walk-throughs while mentoring junior technicians. Responsibilities

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install, configure, and start up HVAC equipment, ductwork, controls, and accessories.
• Ensure code compliance, jobsite safety, and high-quality workmanship.
• Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues during startup and commissioning.
• Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining work performed and system operation.
• Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and warehouse to ensure materials and scheduling align.
• Document work performed, materials used, and any change orders accurately.
