What You'll Do

• Service, troubleshoot, repair, perform start-ups, and complete warranty work on commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, heat pumps, exhaust systems, and other commercial HVAC equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues quickly and provide effective solutions
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify opportunities to improve system performance and reliability
• Work independently or alongside apprentices to complete work safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Represent CAMS with professionalism, urgency, and a commitment to outstanding customer service on every job

What We're Looking For

• Five or more years of hands-on experience servicing commercial HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting, repair, start-up, and warranty experience across a variety of commercial HVAC equipment
• EPA Type II Certification (Universal Certification preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• A dependable professional who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship
