Perform service and regular preventative maintenance work on conveyor systems including fabricate, install and repair conveyor systems as planned while keeping appropriate maintenance records.;
Test and troubleshoot problems with equipment, conveyors, sortation system, carton erectors, shrink sleeve applicator machine, facility systems (plumbing, electrical), and anything else associated with the operation of a distribution facility;
Repair or replace control devices such as switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, push buttons, contractors, motor starters, etc. as needed;
Set up and operate welders, drill press, grinder, hand tools and other metal working equipment as necessary;
Troubleshoot micro controllers like Omron, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Keyence, and Siemens PLCs with the ability to identify correct I/O points as well as match the addressing with machine schematic
