Service plumber

Affinity Solutions Experts is looking for an experienced Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of plumbing experience with strong commercial, multifamily, sewer repair, and troubleshooting experience. We work with commercial, multifamily, DOD/government-related, aerospace, technology, and food industry customers. Our plumbers must be dependable, professional, and comfortable working in different customer environments.

• Perform commercial, multifamily, and residential plumbing repairs
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing and sewer problems
• Perform sewer repairs and drain cleaning
• Use sewer snakes/cabling equipment
• Operate digging and excavation equipment
• Repair and replace pipes, valves, fixtures, drains, and other plumbing components
• Respond to service calls and complete work efficiently
• Communicate professionally with customers and property managers
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow company and customer safety requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional plumbing experience
• Strong commercial plumbing experience
• Multifamily plumbing experience
• Some residential plumbing experience
• Strong plumbing troubleshooting skills
• Experience with sewer repair
• Proficient with hydro jetting, sewer snakes, sewer cameras, and digging equipment
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass a background check
• Must be able to provide acceptable documentation establishing authorization to work in the United States on or before the date of hire
• Willing and able to participate in an occasional on-call rotation
• Reliable and dependable
• $33–$42 per hour, depending on experience

• Some of our customers operate in high-security or sensitive environments, including DOD/government-related, aerospace, technology, and food facilities. Employees must be able to meet customer-specific background, security, and facility-access requirements.

• Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, climb, and work in confined spaces
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work around wastewater, sewage, dirt, and other job-site conditions
• Ability to safely operate plumbing and excavation equipment
