Picture this: you roll up to a downtown retrofit at sunrise, review digital work orders on your tablet (no paper forms here), and lead the changeout of a rooftop unit before lunch. In the afternoon, you’re laying out grooved iron pipe for a WSHP install and coordinating a cooling tower replacement for an upcoming project. That’s a typical day for our Commercial HVAC Retrofit & Changeout Specialist—hands‑on installation work across retrofits, changeouts, and new construction.

• Commercial HVAC systems: RTU replacements, WSHP system installs, and cooling tower swaps.
• Piping systems: layout and install of grooved iron pipe and associated supports.
• Residential and commercial installs and repairs as needed across the portfolio.
• Precision work: plumbing, welding, and refrigeration piping/brazing for clean, code‑compliant installs.
• End‑to‑end quality: troubleshoot mechanical issues, document work digitally, and close out tasks on time.

• 3+ years as an HVAC installer/technician with strong mechanical diagnostics.
• Comfort working alongside property maintenance and construction teams.
• Detail‑driven problem solver with clear, professional communication.
• Hands‑on skill in plumbing, welding, and refrigeration techniques (a plus).
• Experience in central plants and chilled water systems (a plus).
• Clean AZ driver’s license and a drug‑free work style.

• Permanent, full‑time position (not seasonal).
• Compensation is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview.
