Salary Range: $30.00 To $40.00 Hourly
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour DOE

We are currently seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. If you are a skilled technician who enjoys diagnosing problems, performing quality repairs, and keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles.
- Perform preventive maintenance services, inspections, and repairs.
- Inspect, test, and repair engines, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
- Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Change tires and perform general fleet maintenance as needed.
- Complete vehicle inspections and ensure equipment meets safety standards.
- Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records.
- Work safely and follow company and OSHA safety guidelines.
- Assist with additional shop and fleet maintenance duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic, Fleet Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, or similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, and vehicle diagnostics.
- Experience using diagnostic software and shop equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus but not required.
