Our company is seeking a Foreman to oversee and manage the daily Waterproofing a restoration. The right candidate will have experience in managing a team as well as hands‑on knowledge. A successful candidate will be detail oriented and can respond quickly and appropriately to any problems that occur on the job site.

• Manage work crews.
• Perform daily image reports.
• Be familiar with laws concerning safety, health and welfare of building occupants, municipal employees and the public.
• Supervise procedures.
• Ensure that work is done in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Coordinate activities with building management.

• High degree of physical fitness and endurance to complete physical aspects of the job, including the ability to lift objects weighing up to 25kg.
• Strong work ethic and self‑motivation to complete tasks without direct supervision.
• Execute professionalism in waterproofing works.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work extended and non‑standard hours as required.
• Valid driver’s license will be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of roofing, waterproofing and coatings materials is a plus.

0-3 years of experience in waterproofing or related field.

• Required to work outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions.
• May occasionally meet unpleasant or hazardous materials.
• May occasionally require safety procedures when working at height.
