Quality Power Solutions (QPS) is growing, and we're looking for a Field Service Technician in Phoenix, Arizona to join our critical power services team.

QPS, together with Power Storage Solutions, is part of Endure Critical Solutions, a national critical power services platform built to deliver comprehensive UPS, battery, and related critical power solutions to customers across the country.

Since 2002, QPS has provided end-to-end mission-critical power solutions, including the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of UPS systems and generators. Our team is committed to reliable service, technical expertise, and keeping the critical systems our customers depend on operating when they need them most.

As a Field Service Technician with QPS, you'll work directly with customers in the field to maintain, troubleshoot, test, and repair mission-critical backup power systems. The position includes preventative maintenance, UPS repairs, battery replacements, system installations, start-ups and commissioning, with hands-on training provided as needed.

This position is responsible for in-field preventative and repairs services of mission critical back-up systems on various brands and sizes of uninterruptible power systems (UPS). This includes analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting complex problems related to the UPS, as well as providing technical support, problem diagnosis and resolution. Additional responsibilities can include assisting with total turnkey projects, battery replacements, system installation, and start-ups.

QPS will provide hands on training as needed to perform all the essential functions of the job.

This role is a great fit for someone with an electronics or electrical background who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, customer interaction, and working independently in the field. Prior field service experience is preferred
