Responsible for reading blueprints and specification to determine the scope of work: location, quantities, and sizes of materials required. Identify all tools required for tasks and identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks.

• The Technician I
  - Infrastructure Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles and installs electrical conduit using such tools as rules and conduit benders, Chicago Benders, Dual trigger bandsaws
• The Technician I
  - Infrastructure will build closets (Mount and install backboards). Install grounding for racks, equipment and cable as required.
• The Technician I
  - Infrastructure Observes functioning of installed equipment or system to determine hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement
• The Technician I
  - Infrastructure Ability to fabricate and install rigid & aluminum, E.M.T., plasti-bond, and P.V.C. conduit
• The Technician I
  - Infrastructure Ability to use mechanical benders; use hydraulic benders 1 1/2” - 4”; fabricate and install conduit supports
• The Technician I
  - Infrastructure Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
• The Technician I
  - Infrastructure will assume responsibility for effective performance of crew and provide necessary training, coordinate personnel and timeline to complete project.
• The Technician I
  - Infrastructure will fully complete all IES paperwork accurately and on time (timesheets, material transfers, work orders, change orders, tool transfers and others as required).
• The Technician I
  - Infrastructure will adhere to and participate in all Company, customer and industry quality and safety standards and regulations.
• The Technician I
  - Infrastructure will complete other responsibilities as assigned.

  - Infrastructure must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and help create, develop and implement project process improvement(s).
• The Technician I
  - Infrastructure must be accustomed to Climbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Grasping, Feeling, Repetitive Motions
• The Technician I
  - Infrastructure must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
• The Technician I
  - Infrastructure must be able to act as the Company liaison for interface with customer representative(s).
• The Technician I
  - Infrastructure must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s).
• The Technician I
  - Infrastructure must be able to work at heights, off a ladder and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.
• The Technician I
  - Infrastructure must be able to travel within the branch territory and/or regional territory as needed.
• Regular attendance is mandatory.

• Screwdriver (regular and Phillips), drywall saw, torpedo level, tape measure, snips (with belt sheath), pliers (needle nose and channel locks), hammer, wrench set, cable stripper, flashlight and gloves.

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• Must possess a minimum of zero (0) to two (2) years of experience in as an electrician, or related technical field and demonstrate the ability to supervise others.
• Must possess and be proficient with the listed tools.
