Commercial Mechanical Installer – HVAC Piping and RTU Systems

We’re adding a Commercial Mechanical Installer to focus on retrofits, changeouts, and new construction across commercial (and occasional residential) projects.

Role snapshot

Install & Replace: RTUs, WSHP systems, and cooling towers.

Pipe fitting:
Grooved iron pipe installation and clean piping layout.

Field Integration:
Plumbing, welding, and refrigeration piping/brazing.

Troubleshoot:
Diagnose mechanical issues and resolve them efficiently.

Coordinate:
Work with property maintenance and project teams to deliver on schedule.

Document:
Complete digital service reports—no paper work orders.

What you bring3+ years in HVAC installation/technician roles.

Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability.

Experience assisting with property maintenance tasks tied to installs.

Skills in plumbing, welding, and refrigeration methods (preferred).Clear communicator with solid attention to detail.

Clean AZ driver’s license; maintain a drug‑free standard.

Background in central plants and chilled water systems is a plus.
