Location: Phoenix, Arizona Job Type: Full-time, permanent Hourly Pay: $20–$28 per hour, paid weekly Estimated Annual Earnings: $55,000–$70,000 with overtime
Now HiringSolar Topps is actively seeking an experienced Solar Installer – Roof Lead for residential and commercial solar projects. This position is ideal for someone with at least two years of solar installation leadership experience who wants steady, year-round work and opportunities for advancement.

, not a Crew Lead at this time.

- At least two years of solar installation lead experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to read blueprints accurately
- Ability to safely operate power tools and installation equipment
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working on roofs
- Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are preferred
- Confirm that all materials needed for each project are loaded onto the truck
- Lead the roof team in installing solar panels according to blueprints and company standards
- Complete required paperwork and take project photos
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized truck and jobsite
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and correctly
