Join Chas Roberts, one of the largest family-owned HVAC contractors in Arizona, as a Home Orientation Specialist. In this role, you will provide new homeowners with a comprehensive understanding of their HVAC equipment, ensuring efficient and effective use. Basic HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required.

• Conduct new homeowner orientations, focusing on the HVAC system and its components.
• Explain the functionality and features of HVAC equipment and answer homeowner questions.
• Provide guidance on best practices for operating the HVAC system to optimize energy efficiency and performance.
• Demonstrate how to change air filters, adjust thermostats, and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all orientations and follow up with homeowners as needed.
• Collaborate with builders and contractors to ensure HVAC systems are installed correctly and according to local building codes.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation or maintenance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

Base salary plus commission

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
