• Location: Phoenix, AZ 85083
• Role Type: 100% Onsite
• Pay Range: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour.
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are hiring and seeking motivated Customer Field Technicians II to support semiconductor equipment operations in a customer FAB environment. In this role, you will support the assembly, installation preparation, and movement of semiconductor equipment and components. This is a hands‑on position requiring strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, quality- and safety‑driven environment.

• Mechanical Assembly:
  Perform mechanical assembly and subassembly of equipment, modules, and components.
• Tools & Equipment:
  Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assigned work.
• Technical Documentation:
  Read and follow work instructions, engineering drawings, procedures, and checklists.
• Installation Support:
  Support equipment staging, installation preparation, material movement, and site readiness activities.
• Equipment Adjustments:
  Assist with equipment levelling, alignment, and basic mechanical adjustments.
• Quality:
  Verify component quality and identify discrepancies or defects.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate documentation of completed work.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Support continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies.
• Safety:
  Follow all environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work collaboratively with manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and field teams.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, equipment assembly, field operations, maintenance, or related technical environments.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Experience using hand tools and basic measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials consistent with job requirements.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or semiconductor equipment environments.
• Experience supporting equipment installations or manufacturing builds.
• Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, or electro‑mechanical assemblies.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.
