Are you a hands‑on problem solver who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? Celtic Property Management is looking for a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Coral Gardens!

• Complete resident work orders accurately and timely
• Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, and basic HVAC
• Assist with apartment turns and make‑ready units
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine property inspections
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and identify needed repairs
• Maintain property grounds, common areas, tools, and equipment
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs and participate in the on‑call rotation as required
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents
• Work closely with the Community Manager and maintenance team to keep Coral Gardens looking and operating its best

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, organized, and takes ownership of their work. Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience is preferred.

Ideal candidates will have general knowledge or experience in:

• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Appliance repair
• HVAC
• Drywall and painting
• General building and property maintenance
• Apartment turns and make‑ready work
