IGT is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers across Arizona. This hands-on role requires diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates at peak performance while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
You will travel within Arizona (and occasionally Southern California) and participate in an on-call rotation every 4-6 weeks. A high school diploma is required, with technical training a plus, and 1+ years in a customer-facing role is preferred.
