Location: Phoenix, AZ
Work Model: Onsite (Potential to move to Hybrid)
Job Summary:
The Post-Eligibility Specialist is responsible for managing and monitoring a caseload of dependent DCS youth receiving federal benefits such as Social Security, Veterans, and Railroad Retirement benefits. The role ensures compliance with Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S. 8-468) and federal benefit program requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage caseloads of up to 300 youth receiving federal benefits
- Monitor eligibility, benefit status, and case compliance
- Ensure adherence to A.R.S. 8-468 and federal guidelines
- Maintain case documentation and coordinate benefit-related activities
