Job SummaryProcesses daily requests for vehicle fleet assistance through email, software ticketing systems, phone, video, and in person. Maintains fleet database, collects data and processes monthly reporting and invoices, analyzes vehicle usage to facilitate pool car usage and reassignments/reallocations. Interacts regularly and politely with drivers and management. Coordinates and assists with the movement, organization, basic maintenance, and inventory of company vehicles while ensuring quality and cost‑effective and efficient utilization of vehicles.
Skills/ Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Transportation Management preferred.
- Experience in transportation, vehicle management, and maintenance systems preferred.
- Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing).
- Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
