Join a 450‑member multispecialty group that includes 9 residency programs and 70 psychiatrists. The group is expanding and adding two inpatient psychiatrists for a large psychiatric hospital.

• Caseload: 9‑10 patients (max 10) with an average length of stay of 21 days; most patients are involuntary.
• Beds: 400 psychiatry beds plus adjunct services (ECT, C/L, SMI clinic, First Episode Centers, A/C/T clinics).
• Schedule:
  
  Monday‑Friday 8 AM–5 PM, coverage 1:9; weekend rounding handled by moonlighters.
• Benefits:
