MIKID is seeking a compassionate and organized Program Manager to lead and oversee youth and family support services throughout Arizona. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing program activities in alignment with MIKID's strategic goals, funding requirements, and regulatory standards. The Program Manager will supervise direct care staff, including family support, respite, living skills providers, and reception staff, while ensuring high-quality services for youth and families.

Responsibilities include building partnerships with clinics and community agencies, coordinating referrals, maintaining client documentation, reviewing progress notes and payroll paperwork, and supporting staff development through training and supervision. The Program Manager will also advocate for families, connect them with community resources, and encourage active participation in treatment planning and support services.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred and/or at least eight years of experience in behavioral health. Experience supporting youth and young adults within the behavioral health system is strongly preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, along with knowledge of youth-guided, family-driven care and behavioral health policies and procedures.

Current CPR and First Aid certification and a valid DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card are required. This position requires the ability to travel throughout Arizona as needed and work in both office and community settings.
