Clinical Program Manager (Supervisor)

Devereux Arizona’s Community Based Services are designed to provide rapid, intensive, in‑home support in the critical days/weeks following a crisis. Services include intensive, one‑on‑one in‑home support, crisis and safety planning, family support and coaching, behavior management, and coordinating with community supports. We are looking for talented individuals who have experience working in behavioral health, with families and at‑risk youth, to be a positive role model and have an impact on our families.

• Oversee all therapeutic programming, ensuring clinical services meet the needs of individuals and reflect company best practices.
• Participate in treatment planning, reviews, team meetings, and support individualized trauma‑informed interventions.
• Ensure treatment fidelity across all specialized programs (e.g., DBT, CSEC, PBIS) and coordinate multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatry and child‑family teams to support integrated care.
• Provide on‑call support and appropriate clinical coverage at all times while delivering high‑quality treatment and following state regulations and Devereux’s Philosophy of Care.
• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including funding agencies, referral sources, and families.

Salary Range: $83,000 - $91,300.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm; on‑call hours and evenings/weekends on a rotating schedule required (schedules are subject to change).

Must be able to travel within Devereux‑Arizona (Maricopa/Pima Counties) utilizing your own vehicle (with mileage reimbursement).

• Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work.
• Associate or Independent license through AZBBHE (required);
  Independent license with current approved Clinical supervisor through AZBBHE preferred.
• Five (5) years of related experience working with adolescents required.
• Two (2) years supervisory experience required.
• Leadership skills to lead a diverse group and problem‑solve effectively.
• Proficiency with routine office equipment and light lifting of 10 lbs. or less.

• Attend full‑time new‑hire orientation Mon‑Fri 8:30 am‑5:00 pm (paid).
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards).
• Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 36‑month history check.
• Drug test within 24 hrs of offer with negative results.
• Pre‑employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment.
• Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions).
