Job Description
Manage a caseload of 6–8 youth with weekly contact and monthly face‑to‑face visits
Coordinate care for youth in foster homes and independent living, including school, medical, behavioral health, and community services
Support life skills development such as budgeting and preparation for independent living
Prepare youth for court, coordinate with attorneys, and provide transportation/support as needed
Develop and update Individual Service Plans and Independent Living Plans
Lead quarterly Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings with the full support team
Complete detailed case documentation, reports, and required incident records
Provide on‑call emergency coverage and occasionally accompany youth on domestic travel

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Associates with 4 years of relevant experience
Case management/ Case aid experience (foster care, child welfare, social services, refugee services, or similar)
Knowledge of trauma‑informed care, mental health, and cross‑cultural work
Background working with children or multi-cultural environments.
Strong documentation and report‑writing skills
Valid Arizona driver’s license with reliable transportation
Ability to obtain and maintain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Bilingual in Spanish
CPR and First Aid certification
Experience working with unaccompanied minors or refugee populations
Familiarity with immigration court processes or child welfare systems
Prior ORR or Department of Child Safety experience
