We are looking for Day Program Staff to work with adults with developmental disabilities. This position will serve as a morning driver, transporting clients to the program using the company van. In this role you will provide care and supervision, including behavior management, habilitation goals, and daily living skills. You will enjoy multiple indoor activities, work in a supportive team environment, and be part of a great atmosphere.

This is a great entry‑level position for anyone entering the caregiving field. All required training is provided free of charge.

• Transport clients to the program using the company van.
• Supervise and provide care to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Implement behavior management strategies.
• Support clients in habilitation goal work and daily living skills.
• Participate in team meetings and program activities.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean 39‑month motor vehicle record.
• Pass a criminal background check and fingerprint clearance card (company will assist).

• Current certifications: CPR, First Aid, Prevention and Support, Article 9, and DCW.
• Experience in group homes, DTA’s, HCBS, or DTT’s.
• Experience as a Direct Support Professional.
