Central Arizona Shelter Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to work directly with individuals experiencing homelessness in Phoenix.
You will provide assessments, referrals, and ongoing support to help clients become self-sufficient and obtain housing, using a trauma-informed, client-centered approach. Responsibilities include developing personalized case plans, coordinating services, maintaining HMIS records, and advocating for client needs across housing and support services.
