** Active---## Job Overview The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking an Intensive Case Management Caseworker for its Safety and Wellness program in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-time hybrid position reporting to the Safety and Wellness Supervisor. Compensation ranges from $22.23 to $22.59 per hour.

The ICM Caseworker provides strengths-based, client-centered case management to especially vulnerable refugees, asylees, and other eligible populations including single-headed households, survivors of domestic and gender-based violence, older refugees, youth without guardians, individuals with mental health challenges, those with physical disabilities or medical conditions, LGBTQ refugees, and unanticipated arrivals and secondary migrants.

Responsibilities include determining client eligibility and conducting intake assessments, developing individualized SMART self-sufficiency plans, evaluating client progress every six months, assisting clients in navigating healthcare and social service systems including benefits applications and appointments, conducting community outreach and maintaining a network of service providers, providing extended orientation on topics including women’s health and transportation, responding to client crises, assisting with financial assistance requests, and maintaining documentation in the Efforts to Outcomes database.

Requirements:
* Undergraduate degree in social work or a related field strongly preferred; comparable experience may substitute
* Minimum 2 years of case management experience in a social services environment
* Valid driver’s license, active insurance, and access to reliable transportation required; ability to drive a 15-passenger van
* Arizona fingerprint clearance card required
* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Fluency in English required; bilingual ability in Spanish, Dari, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Arabic, French, or other languages used in Arizona preferred US benefits include 10 sick days, 10 holidays, 20 to 25 days paid time off, medical insurance from $163 per month, dental from $6.50 per month, vision from $5 per month, FSA, 403b with immediate vesting, and an Employee Assistance Program.
