The Work You’ll DoProvide trauma-informed care, clinical intervention, and therapeutic services
Deliver individual, family, and group counseling using evidence-based practices
Provide crisis counseling and crisis intervention as needed
Conduct case management and coordinate with child protective services and community partners
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive child advocacy
Complete timely, accurate documentation per regulatory standards
Participate in clinical trainings, case reviews, and team meetings
Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines, licensing requirements, and mandatory reporting laws Contribute to a positive, mission-focused workplace culture committed to child safety and healing
What You Bring – Required Master’s Degree in related field.
State-required license or certification (LAC, LMSW, LAPC, etc.)Ability to work with vulnerable children and families
Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork
What You Bring
– Preferred Experience in trauma-informed care Bilingual skills
Experience with child welfare, crisis counseling, or nonprofit program support
Commitment to Childhelp’s mission of child abuse prevention and victim advocacy.
Schedule & Work Environment
Typical schedule:
8am-5pmIn-person
May require occasional on-call or adjusted hours based on client needs
