Overview
Seeking a qualified applicant for a Resident Service Coordinator for a 127-unit senior affordable apartment community in south Phoenix, Arizona. This full-time role engages with the community to provide essential support to residents, with an emphasis on social services, education, and coordination with local organizations and agencies.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with various social service needs.
- Coordinate resident educational events.
- Collaborate with local organizations and agencies to provide supportive services to residents.
- Maintain strong organizational and communication skills; problem-solve efficiently and maintain a strong work ethic.
- Work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule and contribute to a positive community experience.
- Degree in a human services–related field.
- Experience working with the elderly and individuals with disabilities (physical and mental).
- Knowledge of local community resources to connect residents with needed services.
