Clinical Supervisor

Overview

Clinical Program Manager (Supervisor) at Devereux Arizona leads the clinical, operational, and fiscal management of Community Based Services. The role ensures that therapeutic programming meets best practices, supports trauma‑informed care, and coordinates multidisciplinary collaboration to deliver integrated treatment.

• Oversee all therapeutic programming and ensure clinical services meet the needs of individuals.
• Participate in treatment planning, reviews, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Maintain treatment fidelity across specialized programs such as DBT, CSEC, and PBIS.
• Provide on‑call support and clinical coverage, delivering high‑quality treatment at all times.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including funding agencies and referral sources.

• Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work.
• Associate or Independent license through AZBBHE required;
  Independent license with approved Clinical Supervisor preferred.
• Five years of related experience working with adolescents.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Leadership skills to lead a diverse group and solve problems effectively.
• Proficiency with routine office equipment and ability to lift light loads (10 lbs. or less).
• Willingness to travel within Devereux‑Arizona, including overnight stays when necessary.

• Salary Range: $83,000 – $91,300.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday‑Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; on‑call hours and evenings/weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Travel within Maricopa and Pima Counties using personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.

• Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions; or eligibility to obtain one.
