The Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County is seeking a Community Resource Coordinator for the Juvenile Probation Department. This role coordinates services for court-involved youth and families by collaborating with the court, providers, and AHCCCS to connect them to community resources and support systems.
You will work with probation and community partners to develop intervention plans, prepare court reports, and ensure access to appropriate services while maintaining confidentiality
