If you've got experience working with kids in a group home, listen up — this is the opportunity you've been waiting for. We're hiring Direct Care Staff to work with boys ages 6–18 in a structured, supportive group home environment. And we're not looking for just anyone — we're looking for people who know what it takes to guide, mentor, and make a real impact.
Requirements Here's What You Need:
- Prior experience working with children in a group home
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Valid Arizona driver's license + 5-year record
- Ability to pass drug screening & background check
- Preferred:
First Aid/CPR + CPI or Prevention & Support training
The Deal:
- Pay: $18 – $21 per hour
- Shifts:
Full-time & Part-time (weekends, evenings, overnights available) - Locations: 85339, 85304, 85053, 85345, 85027
- Open Interviews:
Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
