Job Title

Behavioral Health Paraprofessionals, Behavioral Health Technicians, and Therapists

Job Description

Great for part-time or additional income working with youth and families with community-based organization providing individual/family therapy. A social justice agency providing community support by working with youth, their families, group homes, and partnered providers. We offer encouragement, coaching, and modeling to learn new skills and make connections to positive people, places, and activities. All our work happens in the community- where our neighbors live, work, learn, and play.

Your zip codes and your experience are important qualifications for this work. Ongoing training and supervision is provided with position. Flexible schedule, Employee Assistance Program, Referral Program, and Employee Discounts. Bonus Pay and Signing Bonus when qualified. Bachelor's Pay Rate: $20/hour. Master's Pay Rate: $25/hour.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university and college with a major in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human services/behavioral health/youth work. Valid CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Must be motivated to work with youth ages 5-18, experience with human services/behavioral health/and youth work. Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current car insurance.
