We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Phoenix. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain complex web applications, working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full stack software development.
• Proficiency in front‑end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Strong experience with back‑end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, or Mongo
  
  DB.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong understanding of web services, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and tools.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
