SENIOR FULL STACK SOFTWARE ENGINEER – BACKEND FOCUS TEMPE, AZ (HYBRID) $125,000 – $140,000 BASE + BONUS + BENEFITS The Opportunity

This role sits at the center of a fast-moving engineering team responsible for powering customer-facing applications (leasing, payments, maintenance) and internal systems. You’ll design and build scalable, serverless backend services in AWS while contributing to modern React-based front-end applications.

This is a hands-on senior IC role with strong ownership across cloud architecture and application development.

The team operates in a high-velocity Agile environment focused on:

• AWS-first, serverless architecture (Lambda, S3, API Gateway)
• Cloud-native microservices
• Continuous integration and delivery
• Modern Dev Ops practices
• Ongoing platform modernization and legacy refactoring

• Design and build serverless backend services using AWS Lambda, S3, and related AWS services
• Develop RESTful APIs and event-driven workflows in Python
• Build and enhance modern front-end applications using React / ReactJS
• Architect scalable, secure cloud-native solutions
• Optimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency in AWS environments
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
• Collaborate with product, QA, and cross-functional teams to ship high-quality releases

• 6–8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS Serverless (Lambda, S3, API Gateway)
• Proficiency in Python for backend development
• Experience building modern front-end applications with React / React

• Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems
• Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines
