Overview

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite w/ Flex Hours)

About the Role

LHH is partnering with a valued client that is seeking to hire a mid-level Fullstack Engineer to help build and refine the core services that power our platform. You'll work with in a modern .NET environment, improve system reliability, and collaborate with teams across engineering to ship clean, efficient backend features.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using C#/.NET
  • Build integrations with internal tools and external platforms
  • Optimize SQL queries and data-access patterns for performance
  • Contribute to CI/CD processes and partner closely with QA & Dev Ops
  • Participate in sprint activities, design reviews, and code quality initiatives
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience with C#/.NET
  • Solid understanding of API development and service-oriented design
  • Proficiency with SQL Server and performance tuning
  • Exposure to Azure services (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault)
  • Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD environments
  • Strong debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills
