Full Stack Engineer

Qualifications

• Expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, or Next Js, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Experience with modern backend API development frameworks such as NodeJS.
• Experience with frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm, yarn) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience working closely with designers to implement pixel‑perfect designs.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming techniques for data fetching and manipulation.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to debug complex frontend issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality frontend solutions in a fast‑paced, Agile/Scrum environment.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver user‑friendly and visually appealing web applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive prototypes and production‑ready code.
• Optimize frontend performance and user experience, ensuring fast load times, smooth animations, and intuitive navigation.
• Implement best practices for code quality, maintainability, and scalability, including modularization, code splitting, and state management.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts and integrate frontend components with backend services.
• Write unit tests and end‑to‑end tests to ensure the reliability and functionality of frontend components.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide project updates, status reports, and technical recommendations.
