Sr Advanced Software Engineer

Our client, a leader in aerospace technology, is seeking a Sr Advanced Software Engineer to join their innovative team. This role is part of the Flight Management Systems development team supporting next-generation avionics projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, collaborative spirit, and a passion for advancing aerospace solutions.

• Designing and developing high‑quality core software architecture and applications for Flight Management Systems.
• Integrating Flight Management software for new product development initiatives.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
• Implementing software solutions that meet performance, security, and scalability standards.
• Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development of Flight Management Systems.
• Strong proficiency in C++ or other object‑oriented programming languages.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Solid skills in software architecture and design development.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics from an accredited institution.
