• Ability to learn new technologies quickly, build POCs, perform comparative analysis of tools and technologies, make adoption recommendations
• Hands‑on coding experience
• Experience with databases:
  Oracle / Postgres
• Designing and implementing complex applications using various architecture styles such as Microservices, REST, Spring Batch, messaging frameworks like Solace / ActiveMQ
• Experience implementing CI/CD with tools such as Git Hub, Jenkins
• Experience building applications using Spring, Spring Boot, Vert.x
• Understanding of Cloud Native principles and techniques such as Microservices/BDD, containers/Docker, Agile, 12‑factor apps, test‑driven development, cloud
• Engage in code reviews to ensure team members contribute code that meets short‑ and long‑term goals of applications and architecture
• Consult with architecture, development, infrastructure, and operational teams to address issues relating to application architecture, such as performance or availability, and recommend solutions
