The Opportunity
Join Verra Mobility as a Senior Front-End Developer and take the lead on exciting projects. You’ll develop user interfaces, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help build new cloud-based platforms!
What You’ll Do:
- Design and build user interfaces using React,Type Script,JavaScript,CSS,and HTML.
- Collaborate with designers and product teams to bring UI ideas to life.
- Write clean,maintainable,and testable code.
- Develop front-end architecture to support UI concepts.
- Optimize front-end performance and document application changes.
- Integrate backend services and optimize API calls.
- Implement and maintain unit tests.
- Troubleshoot and debug code.
- Participate in Agile development processes.
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- 7+ years of experience with React (or similar front-end technologies).
- Experience designing and building UI components with new technologies.
- Familiarity with state management tools (Redux or similar).
- Experience in designing secure,private,performant,and maintainable applications.
- Experience consuming and optimizing APIs.
- Knowledge of CI/CD principles and experience with automation tools.
- Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS a plus).
- Understanding of web services,SOAs,database performance,and networking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Java back-end development experience a plus.
- Located in Phoenix,AZ with willingness to commute to office 1-2 days/week.
