Playwright Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Automated Testing:
  Design and implement automated test cases for Service Now GRC modules using ATF and Playwright (JavaScript).
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
• Test Maintenance:
  Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and test suites to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
• Testing:
  Perform regression, functional, and integration testing, ensuring thorough test coverage for all features and configurations.
• Defect Reporting:
  Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report defects with detailed documentation, ensuring quick identification and resolution of issues.
• Test Coverage:
  Ensure complete test coverage and traceability for all Service Now module features and configurations.
• Agile Contribution:
  Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement in engineering practices.
• Support UAT & Production:
  Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation as needed.

• Strong experience with
  
  Service
  
  Now Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Playwright (JavaScript) for test automation.
• Proficiency in Cucumber BDD or similar frameworks for behavior-driven development.
• Experience with
  
  CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Hub Actions) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and motivate team members to follow engineering best practices and produce high-quality applications.
