- Proficiency in Python (mandatory) and familiarity with either Java or Go.
- Experience in distributed systems and observability architectures.
- Foundational AI skills such as prompt engineering, model assessment, and agent orchestration.
- Experience developing agentic systems for observability, automated problem-solving, or intelligent diagnostics, ideally from AI-focused or data observability firms.
- Knowledge of observability stacks like Open Telemetry, Prometheus, or distributed tracing systems.
- Hands-on experience incorporating LLMs into operational workflows, following best practices for safety and evaluation.
- In-depth understanding of AI-assisted development tools and strategies for optimizing productivity.
- Capability to design multi-step reasoning workflows and autonomous decision-making agents.
- A holistic, systems-thinking approach connecting AI models, data pipelines, and operational processes.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence senior engineers and product stakeholders.
- A passion for unleashing the potential of AI to enhance our teams and communities.
