• Execute the full lifecycle of executive recruiting, including candidate research, engagement, qualification, presentation, advisory, and placement.
• Build diverse and high-caliber talent pipelines through strategic outreach, research, and networking.
• Collaborate with leadership on market intelligence initiatives, client strategy, and retained search execution.
• Develop deep knowledge of the semiconductor and technology industries to build lasting intellectual capital.
• Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building long-term client relationships.

• A bachelor’s degree/advanced degree is preferred but may not be required if there is SDR/BDR/CSR experience or other semiconductor/AI/ML recruiting/sales experience in your past.
