Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java/J2EE technologies and prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on developer capable of independently driving development activities, designing scalable solutions, and delivering high-quality enterprise applications.

The candidate must possess strong communication skills, the ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders, and the capability to work independently without supervision in a fast-paced agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java/J2EE full stack applications.
Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Java technologies.
Build responsive and interactive front-end applications using modern web technologies.
Work independently on development, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Participate in application design discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization activities.
Ensure application quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and contribute to sprint activities.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development.
Strong expertise in:
- Core Java
- J2EE
- Spring Framework / Spring Boot
- RESTful APIs
- Frontend technologies
- SQL and database development
Prior experience working in Banking or Financial Services environments.
Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and SDLC processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Microservices Architecture.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
