** Pay Range:**  $101 / hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Design, implement, and maintain the IBM ELM/Jazz platform to support aerospace workflows and Digital Thread initiatives

+ Integrate IBM ELM with enterprise systems (PLM, CAD, ERP, MES) and build data pipelines using OSLC and REST APIs

+ Administer and configure IBM ELM tools, including DOORS NG, EWM, ETM, and related components

+ Ensure compliance with ARP
4754 and manage traceability, verification, and safety-critical workflows

+ Develop automation, reporting dashboards, and manage change requests, defect tracking, and workflow processes

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

+ 5+ years of experience in software/systems engineering tooling

+ Proven experience integrating IBM ELM with enterprise PLM systems

+ Strong experience with ARP
4754 frameworks and interaction with DO-178C and DO-254 standards
