ServiceNow Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Service Now Developer to join their team. As a Service Now Developer, you will be part of the IT support and development department supporting contract management and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Service Now Developer

Location: Remote

Pay Range:

• Enhance and optimize the existing Contract Intake application within Service Now to improve usability and data validation.
• Develop and update workflows, business rules, and UI policies to support contract approval processes.
• Implement and refine integration between Service Now and Costpoint using Mule Soft APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Ensure accurate data mapping and transformation between Service Now and financial systems.
• Configure Service Catalog items and notifications related to contract management and approvals.

• Proven experience in Service Now development, including workflows, catalog, and scripting (Advanced level).
• Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs (Advanced level).
• Proficiency with JavaScript Glide API and Service Now scripting (Intermediate level).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes such as Request, Change, and Access Management.
• Experience with Mule Soft integration and contract management processes (Intermediate level).
