ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative development environment with seasoned software and systems engineers. Your contributions will support technical requirements, functional load deliveries, and regulatory compliance for the Anthem Next Generation Avionics program.
- Design, develop, and maintain core Flight Management software for next‑generation avionics systems.
- Implement high‑quality solutions that meet performance, security, and reliability requirements.
- Participate in requirements and code reviews, proposing ideas that improve software quality and development practices.
- Collaborate with systems, hardware, test, and certification teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
- Support software integration, testing, and debugging in laboratory environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects across the development and integration lifecycle.

YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- Academic, internship, project, or professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C or C++.
