Senior Product Manager – Institutional Digital Asset Wallet Suite

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a client for a Senior Product Manager to lead their institutional digital asset wallet platform. This role will drive development of secure, enterprise-grade custody infrastructure supporting asset managers, corporates, and financial institutions.

You will balance institutional-grade security with operational efficiency, enabling seamless custody, governance, and trading workflows.

• Own product roadmap for institutional wallet and custody platform
• Design secure architectures for custody, access control, and governance
• Enable integration with trading venues, OTC desks, and prime brokers
• Support lifecycle management of tokenized assets and digital securities
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and operations
• Build institutional-grade workflow, audit, and reporting capabilities

• 5+ years of product management experience in digital asset custody, exchanges, or crypto infrastructure
• Experience delivering enterprise financial platforms
• Custody Architecture:
  Expertise in MPC, HSMs, multi-sig, and storage tiering (cold/warm/hot)
• Tokenization Lifecycle:
  Experience supporting minting, burning, corporate actions, and governance of digital assets
• Trading Connectivity:
  Understanding of custody-to-exchange connectivity and tri-party collateral models
• Institutional Workflows:
  Strong experience designing approval systems, permissions, and audit trails
• Experience working with institutional clients (asset managers, funds, corporates)
• Familiarity with regulated custody frameworks and risk controls
