Senior Full Stack Software Engineer; React​/React Native​/Node​/AWS

About the Role

Clever Benefits is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong Type Script experience to help build and scale our platform. This role is hands-on across our React web app, React Native mobile app, backend services, and AWS infrastructure. You’ll work closely with our small engineering team to design, implement, and maintain production-ready full stack features end to end.

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong expertise with Type Script
• Production experience with React
  , React Native
  , and Node.js
• Solid background in AWS services (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, RDS, etc.)
• Experience with Prisma
  , PostgreSQL
  , and tRPC
• Comfortable working full stack and owning features from design to deployment
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment,
  onsite 2 days/week in North Scottsdale
• Must reside within 30 miles of North Scottsdale
• Interest in using AI to accelerate development (code generation, automation, etc.) — but focused on maintainable, high-quality engineering, not “vibe coding”

• Experience with mobile app distribution workflows (Test Flight / Play Store)
• Familiarity with monorepos, pnpm/bun work spaces, or similar setups
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (CDK, Terraform, etc.)
