Senior Salesforce Developer – 6+ Month Contract Engagement

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer for a 6+ month contract engagement supporting enterprise Salesforce Sales Cloud initiatives. This role will work as part of a dedicated Salesforce delivery pod responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced project environment. The ideal candidate has deep hands‑on Salesforce development experience, strong technical judgment, and the ability to partner with analysts, QA, project leadership, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
• Build custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, triggers, and platform automation.
• Translate business requirements and functional designs into technical solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, technical design sessions, and code reviews.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware where applicable.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, defects, and production support items.
• Partner with QA resources to support test planning, defect resolution, and release validation.
• Mentor mid-level Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance within the delivery pod.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and maintainable design patterns.
• Support deployment and release management activities across Salesforce environments.

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, triggers, and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations or major enhancement programs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and platform limits.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and contribute to technical solution design.
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a consulting or client‑facing delivery environment.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
• Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant certification
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Dev Ops Center, Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, or similar deployment tools.
• Experience with enterprise‑scale Salesforce environments.
• Experience supporting data migration, integration testing, and release management.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, or similar Agile delivery tools.
