Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Developer to join our UI team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in developing and maintaining web applications using AEM
, along with expertise in front‑end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive design principles
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain web components and templates using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design wireframes into responsive, cross-browser-compatible web pages.
  • Implement dynamic and interactive features using JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
  • Develop custom components, dialogs, workflows, and templates within AEM.
  • Ensure consistency and scalability through modular and maintainable front-end code.
  • Optimize performance and ensure responsiveness across devices and browsers.
  • Work closely with back-end developers and Dev Ops teams for integration and deployment.
  • Utilize JavaScript build and compilation tools (e.g., Webpack, Grunt, or Gulp) for code optimization and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve UI and AEM-related issues.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Hands‑on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x or higher) development.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery.
  • Experience in cross-browser and responsive UI development.
  • Working knowledge of Java for backend integration within AEM.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript build/compilation tools like Webpack, Grunt, or Gulp.
  • Good understanding of web standards, accessibility, and performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Good to Have
  • Experience with AEM Headless or SPA frameworks (React/Angular) integrated with AEM.
  • Knowledge of Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines.
