Immersive Training Program

This is an immersive training program that begins with a classroom style bootcamp and graduates into on‑the‑job training and finally, upon completion, results in conversion to a permanent employee with our client. The program starts in a remote capacity and then moves into an on‑site position.

The program emphasizes real‑world development workflows, agile collaboration, secure coding practices, UX alignment, Dev Ops automation, and production‑ready delivery standards. Throughout the program, participants build progressively complex applications culminating in a full‑scale enterprise mobile solution. Participants learn modern mobile engineering practices using Swift, Kotlin, Xcode, Android Studio, RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, cloud‑native integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture approaches.

As an Enterprise Mobile Application Development Engineer, you will design, build, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise‑grade mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Design and develop native mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Build scalable, maintainable, enterprise‑grade mobile architectures
• Develop applications using Swift, Kotlin, Xcode, and Android Studio
• Integrate mobile applications with APIs, authentication systems, and cloud services
• Apply modern software engineering and agile development practices
• Build and consume RESTful and microservice‑based architectures
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated mobile delivery
• Collaborate effectively with product, UX, architecture, and QA teams

Swift, Kotlin, Xcode, and Android Studio

• Engineering and support of micro app/service architectures
• Working knowledge of web services technologies such as SOAP, JSON, and REST
• Development frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Spring Boot
• Expertise in database technologies including SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, and Mongo
• Knowledge of AI tooling and the landscape of AI in the IT industry
• Strong working knowledge of modern development technologies and tools such as Agile, CI/CD, Git, and Jenkins

Entry Level

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
