Software Engineer, M365, SharePoint & Power Platform

Overview

Client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong Microsoft Power Platform expertise to support the Fraud Business Management organization. The ideal candidate will design and develop business applications, automate workflows, enhance SharePoint environments, and create executive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Candidates must be open to converting to a full-time to client if offered. Visa sponsorship will not be available upon conversion.

• 5–7 years of relevant experience

• SQL

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Build automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop and administer SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
• Create executive and operational dashboards in Power BI and Tableau.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve business processes.
• Support reporting and data analysis initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation and solution designs.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams while following governance and security best practices.

• Banking or Financial Services experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with cross-functional business teams.
• Strong understanding of business process automation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
